Nshanian was the biggest surprise of Monday night for me. I had seen him play before for NE Elite, but never like this. The 6-foot-5 wing/forward probably had the best motor in the gym and really impressed me with his all-around skillset. He’s strong enough to bully opposing defenders with his shoulders, but then he has the finesse and skill necessary to finish with touch around the hoop. He also showcased the ability to step out behind the three-point line and knock down shots (with a quick release), keep the ball moving with extra passes, and drive closeouts. Nshanian is going to be a FORCE in the MIAA this season and certainly improved his D3 recruitment on Monday night.
