Ryan, a wing out of the Austin Preparatory School in Massachusetts, is the #1 ranked shooting guard and checks in at #10 overall. Ryan’s game has taken a major jump in the last twelve months as he’s grown to 6’4″ and is playing with added athleticism and more confidence. The lefty is a coach’s son and, as such, displays a high basketball IQ on both ends of the floor. He’s shown the ability to finish above the rim in transition, can really knock down shots in catch and shoot situations, and has the ability to make plays for himself and others off the bounce. He should make a major impact at Austin Prep over the next four years and will be one to keep an eye on on the travel circuit while playing for BABC.

Ryan should be one of the better freshman in the region as he begins his high school career this winter at Austin Prep. The lefty guard has good positional size, and, as a coaches son, knows how to play the game. He’s got some on ball ability, but has impressed with his ability to make shots from behind the arc. He does a nice job of spacing the floor, doesn’t rush into bad decisions, and can really shoot it when he’s open and gets eyes on the rim. He leverages his shooting by attacking bad closeouts and has the ability to finish plays in the paint as a scorer or a facilitator.
