emerged as a vital playmaker for Overland, ranking among the team leaders in nearly every major statistical category. Averaging 9.1 PPG, 4.2 RPG, and 2.1 APG, Proctor proved to be a high-motor competitor who anchored the Blazers’ backcourt. His efficiency at the line was a major asset, as he shot 82% from the charity stripe. With a season-high 19 points against Cherokee Trail and a resilient 18-point outing in the state playoffs against ThunderRidge, Proctor has solidified himself as one of the premier guards in the box state. Expect massive spikes in production from Proctor in the near future.

I really enjoyed how Proctor played against Prolific as well as against Colorado Magic, as he showed his improvement as a two-way standout. He was locked in defensively, and those were matchups he took personally. Proctor was attacking the defense, finishing around the basket with creative finishes, and his 3-point shot was hitting as well. I like how he attacks relentlessly to soften the defense. He’s a guard who reads the floor, runs the offense, and scores with ease. Proctor is coming off of a big second half of the season and has taken that momentum into the summer, where he’s playing up, and there’s no drop-off for him. His ability to affect the game defensively as he plays with a chip has him of to a solid start to the grassroots season.

Proctor may have finished with 14 points, but it was his motor and relentless effort that truly stood out for Overland. He attacked the paint with toughness, whether driving to the rim, battling for rebounds, or diving after loose balls. His physicality and determination set the tone for his team, showing he can impact the game in ways beyond scoring. Proctor’s energy, toughness, and willingness to do the dirty work made this arguably his best performance of the season

Proctor is a PG that plays at his own pace, controls tempo, and does what he wants on the floor. We get to see him in a new light with Overland this season, and they will look for him to be the constant. He’ll be one of the primary ballhandlers on the team and who runs the offense. We’ve seen some incredible highs for Proctor, which elevates his ceilings, and now we want to make sure he’s consistent there. Proctor is a true PG who scores in bunches, is creative with the ball in his hands, and keeps defenses guessing. He should have a green light to make decisions for the Trailblazers, and his tenacity should be a better fit for Overland. I expect him to make a jump and be a player who turns more heads this year. Expecting him to play with a chip this season, excited to see which Proctor we get.

Proctor once again proved he’s different. There’s not a player in the state who moves how Proctor moves with the ball in his hands. His burst and ability to create off the dribble made him unstoppable in one-on-one situations, and he hunts mismatches, which is rare in young guards. He finished consistently, read the floor well, and added defensive intensity by trying to shut down his matchup. Proctor is already a name that we have seen have big games this summer, but while talking to coaches and others who have followed, his growth over the past year is evident. He was one of the best players at the event.

What we know:
What I got to see in reviewing film from his freshman season, as well as this summer, is that Proctor is one of the best creators that we have in the class. His pace and ability to impact the game offensively have him as one of the most intriguing players that I watched this summer. He breaks defenders down off the dribble, finishes from all three levels and is also an aggressive scorer. He gets to where he wants on the floor and is in complete control with the ball in his hands.
What we’d like to see:
What I’d like to see from him is for him to play with a chip on his shoulder and show that he can manipulate the game on both sides of the ball. I want him to go after opposing guards and whoever steps in front of him. He’s one of the top-ranked players in the class, but I’m sure he wants to rise. Prove it. Dominate against guards by picking them up full court, scoring on them as well as getting other teammates involved. I think his playmaking is one of the most underrated and talked-about parts of his game as he sees the entire floor and can pass a player open. I would just like to see more of that. We get to see him in spots where his team is playing with a big lead and he’s surrounded by the top players in the state alongside him, and this gives him a place to show that it doesn’t matter who he’s with, his game translates. Proctor is a player that I am anxious to see play this upcoming season, and this is a chance to see more of him.

is an all-around guard who thrives on energy and stops on defense. Proctor shuffles his feet quickly and moves around the court with purpose. One of Proctor’s biggest strengths is the mindset and attitude he brings to the game. Through dynamic offense, Proctor can weave and navigate his way through any defense. With his head on a swivel, it’s easy for Proctor to check into any contest and make plays left and right.

Proctor plays with a level of confidence and pace that you can’t teach. His change of pace is what separates him. He’s shifty with the rock, fearless attacking the paint, and opens up the offense from deep with his jumpshot. When defenses went zone, he picked them apart as one of the guards who got into the teeth of the defense and made plays. In man, he couldn’t be guarded straight up. Defensively, he was a pest as he was getting in passing lanes and finishing off steals. He set the tone for Tru and was a vocal leader. I’m high on him after this weekend as he was consistent all weekend and responds well even when being coached hard.

was a spark plug that was inserted into games to bring energy and disrupt momentum. That role was valuable as a freshman, getting his feet wet. But with Tru Colorado, he truly shines. He’s a high-IQ guard who plays under control, lets the game come to him, but also knows when to attack. He makes the extra pass, finishes through contact, and scores in bunches. What sets him apart is his defensive intensity; he picks up 90 feet, makes ball-handlers uncomfortable, and takes pride in making plays that don’t always show up on the stat sheet. He’s an unselfish standout who makes plays happen and is one of the toughest competitors of this bunch.

Proctor has shown flashes as a capable decisionmaker with the ball, getting more comfortable with the varsity pace of play. Especially a threat while attacking opponent closeouts, he is at his best while taking on a rotating defense, comfortable finding the open shooter or cutter.
