Lesser showed this weekend why he was such an important game-changer for his squad during their 4-0 run. Now up to 6’5”, Marcus used his length, activity, and defensive toughness to consistently impact games. Marcus averaged 7 rebounds per game over the weekend and was an absolute pest defensively from start to finish. He disrupted opposing offenses with his energy, effort, and ability to guard multiple spots while constantly making hustle plays. His presence on the glass and defensive end played a major role in his team’s undefeated weekend, and with his size continuing to improve, Lesser remains a very intriguing prospect moving forward.
