One of the best all-round big man i watched for the 15U division. Showed great versatility being able to score inside and out, in transition and in the half court. Can handle the ball some and has great hands, caught everything thrown in his direction. Made tough baskets through contact inside and a nice touch when he stepped out. Changed the game defensively with blocks and deflections.

Christenson proved to be a major Game-Changer this past weekend with the way he impacted winning on both ends of the floor. The talented playmaker stepped up in big moments and delivered when his team needed him most, especially during a thrilling double-overtime win over Future Elite. Elijah filled the stat sheet with rebounds, blocks, and key defensive plays while also knocking down huge shots late in the game. His ability to stay composed in pressure moments and make winning plays was a major reason for his team’s success. Elijah’s versatility, toughness, and clutch shot-making made him one of the standout difference-makers of the weekend.

Elijah offers a lot of versatility at 6’7. This past weekend he spent some time playing a point-forward role, other minutes on the block, and was also capable of popping out to the wing to make plays off the dribble. Elijah was able to beat opposing bigs off the dribble to get to the rim, where he was a threat to finish or kick it out to an open shooter. Moves comfortably on the ball at a young stage. Defensively he was one of the top rim protectors I saw over the weekend, showing good timing and positioning to step in and make a play at the rim.

Elijah turned in an excellent weekend with Minnesota Heat , showing off his full skillset. I really like his long-term potential as a wing prospect, already standing at 6’7” and possessing a lot of skill on the perimeter. He is a confident shooter from beyond the arc, looking very comfortable knocking down open threes off the catch. Christenson was able to score inside in a variety of ways, being able to go to work with his back to the basket and attack the rim off the dribble.

Christenson was the ultimate “utility big” for the Heat. His ability to stretch the floor forced opposing rim protectors out of the paint. His magnetism when gaining an advantage on drives opened the paint for teammates. Despite being the largest body on the floor, he surprised with his decent foot speed. Defensively he effectively jumped trapped on ball handlers. Between his outlet passing and his ability to run the lanes, he kept the Heat playing at a blistering pace.
