Ioannisci has expanded his offensive repertoire with his marksmanship from three and can be difficult to contain once he gets into a groove. He makes the extra pass and plays with good awareness of the game, consistently finding ways to make the right play. Ioannisci also had a few emphatic finishes above the rim, showing off his athleticism and ability to glide through the air. His combination of shooting, playmaking, and athleticism makes him a prospect who should see traction at the low division one level.

Really like what Ioannisci was able to do for WRA in their win over FUMA. He scored a decisive bucket in the later stretches of the game. Ioannicsci continued to show why he is one of the most productive perimeter shot-makers in his class connecting on a pair of three pointers. He has no problem finding different ways to make an impact. Ioannisci is a prospect who should see heavy traction from the low and mid major level this spring and summer.

Luka is a well-rounded forward who excels at moving without the ball and knocking down three-point shots. His understanding of spacing and timing allows him to contribute efficiently on offense while also providing solid all-around play.

Western Reserve Academy has a pair of players from City Rocks 16 U this summer and Ioannisci is a skilled forward who can really pass the basketball. I was impressed with his skillset at his size the last time I watched Western Reserve Academy and if he shoots the basketball at a high percentage off the catch, he’ll be even tougher to defend. A connector piece on the wing, Ioannisci should play a key role for the City Rocks 17 U team this summer and will be seen by Division I coaches there and during Elite Prep League action with Western Reserve Academy.

Ioannicsci has been one of the best shooters I have evaluated so far this season. He has great positional size that is very imposing on the perimeter. He has a great release and it looks like it is going in every time he touches it. He takes smart shots and showed that he has an in-between game he can use if left open. Ioannicsci spent a lot of time at the charity stripe. I think he is a prospect who should be getting his doors knocked down by low major programs.

I liked a lot of the offensive creativity Ioannisci showed me on Friday. With some impressive drift and kickout passes, Ioannisci was swinging the rock across the entire court throughout the game. Making a couple heads up plays defensively for easy transition opportunities, there were some easy buckets on the stat sheet for Ioannisci. I appreciated that Ioannisci made an impact on a night where his jumper wasn’t falling, showing signs of growth as a player.
