This night be the stock riser of the event. When I tell you that I think this young man could help a D2 team someday, I am not kidding you. Maybe it would take some time at a different school first, or maybe it will just take this winter, I am not sure. But what I can tell you is that all that work ethic and smart play we saw with Minnesota Select , that was there this weekend and joined by a physical, aggressive, and explosively athletic competitor. Do not be surprised to see the slashing finishing of Duis close to that top 50 soon, Logan has grown in a lot of ways over the summer and into the fall.

. Logan looks like that kid that all of a sudden needs new clothes and a new perspective from others because he looked taller, stronger, and way more explosive. Just the way Logan moved up and down the floor looked different than just three months ago. He was explosively finishing, aggressively rebounding and attacking, and looks like a much higher level prospect than we thought during 17u.
Concordia Academy…. don’t overlook these guys Minnesota, because everybody is getting better over there.

is a six-foot-four-inch 2027 shooting guard/small forward from Concordia Academy where he scored almost 15 points per game last season. Duis, a
Minnesota Select
Fuerte player, had a few excellent dribble driving scores and one really showcasing his athleticism in the half-court. Duis has the ability to shoot from the perimeter and he made a block where he came across the lane to block a ball handler who got by their defender at the rim sending the ball off the glass.

When it comes to players that have grown, Logan looks at least an inch taller from 17u and surely stronger. He went at the rim aggressively to finish not just with a physical attack to take contact and finish, but he tried to dunk on guys. You add this strength to what he could already do for Concordia Academy, that’s even more for the top ten team to work with. Logan had one defensive board grab and push the other way that really opened eyes as he finger rolled over Brown.

Logan was one of the most productive workers we saw all 17u season. His productivity was less flash and more consistency for Select, and his numbers were consistently solid. Duis is one of four or five pieces for CA that has them dreaming big next spring.

Duis’ 6’3 frame gave him a distinct advantage over the competition in Minnesota Selects matchup with the Mad City Mambas . Using his size to get to the rim for easy uncontested layups, nearly slamming one home on one occasion. He also connected with Hayes on multiple full court passes for fastbreak points. A lengthy player with a willingness to pass as well as get to the basket Duis showed an ability to be a problem for opposing defenses.
