About Zeid
Expert Analysis
Jack Pfeiffer | Prep Hoops Scout
Zeid has had a solid start to his 16U season and is a prospect that has been on my radar. The 6’7” big man is very physically imposing, as he is built with very long arms, also being able to elevate with his athleticism. This combination allows him to be a game changer with his interior defensive presence. N’Diaye has not been playing basketball for very long and I expect his game to keep improving rapidly throughout the spring and summer where he could emerge into an elite forward prospect in Minnesota.

On the boards, his commitment and grit allowed him to extend possessions offensively and close them defensively. His ability to stretch the floor and contribute in multiple areas highlighted his versatility, making him one of the more balanced standouts at camp.

Ndiaye had a strong weekend, making his mark with his size, strength, and presence in the paint. He was a consistent interior force, using his frame to carve out space and finish plays around the rim. Offensively, he worked hard without the ball, constantly battling for position and creating opportunities by staying active. His effort and motor stood out, especially in the lane where he made defenders work to contain him. Ndiaye also showed he can be a reliable scoring option inside, converting through contact and taking advantage of mismatches. His combination of size, effort, and scoring touch made him a key contributor throughout the tournament. Really expect big things from him moving forward as he continues to grow and elevate his game
