About Dejon

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I am an all around player. I can score from different levels on the court and get my teammate's involved. I can also defend a variety of guards with using my height and athleticism.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I had a huge heart and I am beyond passionate on the court!

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am interested in business and helping others. I have yet to join any outside groups as GOD, family, school and basketball have my full attention.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I am a great team player. I like to get my teammates together off the court for both my high school team and circuit team.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Yes I had to miss time from an injury and I still showed up to be a part of team activities when I wanted to compete with my guys.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a school where I can receive a full ride scholarship. I also want a place I can grow spiritually and educational wise. I am eager to make life long relationships for my future.

DeJon was one of the top prospects I saw that I was not very familiar with headed into the camp. He had the best block I saw all day, coming out of nowhere to swat a shot off the backboard with two hands. He was also a great on-ball defender, matching up with some of the best guards and wings in his class. Scott will be a 2027 prospect to watch if he continues to develop his offensive game.
