In a key conference matchup for South, Jorgensen was locked in. He showcased his versatile game on both ends, as he was finishing at a high rate inside, dropping some dimes out of the post and off the drive, and was cleaning up the glass on the defensive end. Nearly finishing with a 20/20 stat-line, Jorgensen’s rebounding ability limited any second chances that South was able to get, and it really helped Washburn dictate the pace of the game. Offensively Kyle had a big size advantage and was able to go to work with his back to the basket, while also showcasing his ability to put the ball on the floor and make plays from the perimeter.

Kyle started off a little slow, but the do-it-all big man went on to showcase his all-around game in a win over North. The opposing defense was making it a priority to limit his touches around the rim, but that wasn’t a problem for Kyle as he was able to step outside and knock down a handful of three point shots on his way to 20 points. He also did a great job of finding angles to catch in the paint, and use pass fakes to clear out some room to operate. Was able to score at the rim while also dishing out some nice passes from the block.

‘s 24 points leading the way. He set the tone early with a strong finish in the paint, and from there he was constantly looking to get the ball on the block and go to work. Missed a few chances I’m sure he’d like to get back, but his footwork, strength, and ability to turn over either shoulder allowed him to get high percentage looks just about any time he touched the ball near the block. Showed his ability to create off the dribble at 6’9 as well, and had some nice passes off the dribble as the SLP defense was forced to step in with multiple defenders to stop him.
