-Kuek transferred into the DMV from North Dakota and has impressed in the early going as he continues to rise 20+ spots in our rankings. He is a 6’7 W/F that uses his lateral movement skills and length to serve as an effective and versatile defender for the Eagles. His ability to shade guards on the ball and as an effective helper in traps boosts his value at the next level as an above-the rim athlete that can also use that athleticism on the offensive glass. Want to see the handle continue to improve to accentuate his long strides on drives to the rim, as well as the C+S ability from the perimeter. Name to track in the local 2027 class.

Kuek is still a ball of clay as a prospect but has the frame, wingspan, and intriguing athleticism that demands attention. Another new face in the DMV, this time from South Dakota, Kuek will look to make a splash with PGCA and have ample opportunity to do so playing on big stages thanks to

(Texas A&M commit) and others. For Kuek, it’ll be an opportunity to show college programs his versatility and budding skillset, which certainly can draw you in. He showed flashes this fall and with more consistency, could see a bump in the next update after the high school season progresses.

Kuek will be the most interesting and most polarizing prospect at the event. I really don’t know what to expect from him since he’s been out with a broken hand, but he seriously might have the best vertical and length combination out of everyone at the event.

Kuek is gaining steam as a prospect. I wasn’t sure if he’d put it all together and that we’d be talking about him as a top prospect. But here we are. He has rare length and athleticism, with a #4 ranking upside in the 2026 class.

Kuek was all over social media this weekend with some highlight-reel plays in Omaha. He happened to hit a game-winning shot as well. His on-ball defense against short and quick guards was a key takeaway for me. His ability to handle the ball at speed and show some maneuvering in the open court was impressive as well, for such a lengthy guard. He hit some highly-skilled jumpers off the dribble. Kuek showed some eye-popping athleticism.

Kuek is an All-Metro All-Conference performer in his newcomer of the year-type season. Might be the prospect with the most pure positional length in the state. He’s a perimeter guy at 6’6” with crazy wingspan and can challenge anyone at the rim with his hops.
