Rhodes made a major impact with his ability to get downhill off the bounce on Friday. The Millwood freshman guard lived in the paint and showed the ability to finish with either hand at the rim. Kody helped keep his DC Kings team in the game after a slow start for the group offensively. Rhodes plays with great effort and is also able to make a difference with his defense and rebounding as well. He consistently pursues the ball and worked hard to create second chance opportunities for his squad. Kody was without a doubt at his best in transition. He always has his head up and was able to push the ball ahead for much of the second half, creating easy opportunities for others. He was also able to create his own transition opportunities by converting defense to offense, finishing with 17 points to lead all scorers.
