It was good to see Craig play so well on Tuesday night. He led Warren Central to a pair of wins while dominating in the backcourt. The 6’2″ guard showed off his skills both as a scorer and as a playmaker. He is asked to do a lot for the Warriors, but he certainly has the talent to carry the load. We have always been believers in his upside as a two-way guard projecting to the collegiate level.

Scouting Notes: Naturally strong lead guard that can score through the defense. Very underrated an outside shooter. High IQ scorer that plays at his own pace and competes on defensive end.

since he transferred from Warren Central to Lawrence Central and you could easily tell just how perfect of a fit he is for the Bears. With how deep and balanced LC is across the board, Craig feels like he plays real relaxed and is allowed to play his game pressure free. He knocked multiple threes showing his improvement as a consistent outside threat. Craig is also that powerful, long prospect that can just be a mismatch in the backcourt and wing.

Another repeat top performer from last weekend, Craig continues to look for aggressive and comfortable as a driver. The 6’2″ guard from Lawrence Central High School has always been one of the top defenders in the class and is a solid catch-and-shoot threat, but adding some playmaking off of the bounce will really take his game to another level.

Craig’s two-way impact on the perimeter was clear on Sunday evening at the Metro Indy Fall League. The 6’2″ guard showed off his defensive ability with several big steals both in the passing lanes and on the ball. We’ve long considered Craig one of the best perimeter defenders in Indiana’s Class of 2027. He looked very comfortable with the ball in his hands showcasing some improved ball handling passing ability. When paired with what he can do as a catch-and-shoot threat and defender adding more to his game as a playmaker will really take his game to the next level.

After two strong seasons as an underclassmen at Warren Central High School, this 6’2″ two-way guard has made the move over to Lawrence Central High School for his junior season. Craig is a high percentage catch-and-shoot threat that doubles as one of the state’s best perimeter defenders. He was an important piece off of the bench for Indy Heat 16u on their way to winning the Peach Jam title.

It wasn’t Craig’s most efficient performance as the three-point shots weren’t falling for him, but he did still finish with 15 points, 5 rebounds, and 4 assists in a very productive performance for the South All-Stars. Craig is one of the more impressive two-way guards in Indiana’s Class of 2027.
