Big wings that can score it in a variety of ways are always in style. The 6’5″ rising senior wing from Caston High School may be flying under-the-radar, but his talent is very real. He knocked in a pair of three-point shots in the third quarter, used his positional size to score at the rim, rebounded well, and flashed some passing ability as well. Definitely a name that small college programs should keep an eye on this summer and into his senior season.
The junior wing out of Caston caught my attention early on with his size, length, and shooting ability. He shot the cover off the ball early on in the drills with a high, smooth release. It didn’t surprise me that he was a good athlete, but I wasn’t expecting him to be as fluid with his athleticism which added to the intrigue I had of him even more.
