Kramer is another one of the Regis Groff players who is finding his way, and we’ve written about him a couple of times this summer as he’s just contagious with his play. He truly does play with an edge that fits him for RG and gives them their identity.  It’s easy to notice the emotion he plays with, but when you settle into the game, you realize how many winning plays he’s creating. He pressures the ball for 94 feet, disrupts passing lanes, and forces opposing guards to work hard. Against Fountain-Fort Carson, that defensive energy directly created offense for him, leading to turnovers, transition finishes, and a couple of well-timed floaters in traffic. His offense is starting to pick up. He also showed better patience as a passer, making simple reads that kept the offense moving. I do think there’s a bit more for him when he’s calm and playing a more controlled game, and there were a few of those moments at Colorado Live. 

Jayden has always been a player who plays with intense energy, and when used correctly, could be a weapon for his team. In his game against Liberty, that was an example of him being a useful player because he was able to be a defensive menace, he was active defensively and disciplined, and that also ended up being his best offensive game as well because it came within the flow. He was attacking, getting to the rim and finishing, and creating organized chaos because he was a defensive pest. His calling is going to be on that end of the floor due to his physicality, his defensive versatility, and his ability to make plays with his effort. We want to see more of that as it unlocks a better version of Regis Groff and allows the game to come easily for him. He’s a player whose game is above the boxscore. He just has to accept that and BE that to get the most out of his game. 

Kramer makes his long-awaited return, and while we did not think he was going to play this year, and it is a reason for him dropping in the rankings, he’s quickly reminded us as to why that’s a mistake. He’s jumped right in with Regis Groff, and in 4 games, he’s been a major difference-maker on both ends of the floor. He’s a boxsheet stuffer who is putting up an impressive 9.8 points, 5.3 assists, and 5.5 rebounds a game. If that wasn’t enough, he’s also averaging 5.8 steals a game, and that is where this matchup will need an X-factor like him. Against East, he will be asked to be himself. A fearless defender who impacts that game, plays with defensive aggression, and is the defensive anchor. He’s a player we’ll be keyed in on as he could swing the game.

Kramer brings constant energy on both ends, one of most vocal communicators in this class. Already a dependable shotmaker from behind the arc or around the mid-range, there are few areas on the floor where Kramer is not a threat. Complemented by a smooth handle with the instincts to create opportunities in the halfcourt, the Smoky Hill guard has a bright future on their hands. 

Jayden is equally effective with or without the ball, showcasing his versatility as a scorer. He has the ability to shoot from anywhere on the floor and can create his shot from all three levels. On defense, Jayden’s solid fundamentals make him a reliable stopper. As he continues to refine his game, Jayden is expected to be a key contributor on both ends this season.

Jayden is a dynamic player who excels as a shooter and downhill scorer, with a strong handle that allows him to create opportunities for himself and his teammates. His willingness to pass makes him a well-rounded offensive threat who can keep defenses guessing.
