Providing plenty of scoring production, Owusu got going early on capitalizing on plenty of looks that occurred organically, finishing at the rim in transition and cutting to open space off the ball in different actions. As the action progressed, Owusu later showcased much of the isolation scoring that he’s developed a keen reputation for— creating scoring opportunities off the dribble with his creativity off the bounce to create separation whether it was knocking down tough mid range pull ups or finishing craftily at the rim.

Owusu impressed in the offense he was able to generate out of different PnR and DHO actions— freezing switching bigs with hesitation dribbles coming off ball screens to finish at the basket, rejecting ball screens and absorbing contact on physical drives on the way to the rim and even getting to his spots for smooth mid range pull ups.
