How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?
I am a 6'3, 175 pound shooting guard/small forward. I am a fast, versatile guard who can get up and down the court quickly making transition points account for a good percentage of my points. I am the go-to defensive player on the team always assigned to the biggest threat on the other team. I work hard and play aggressive. I am a great team player, coachable, and smart on the court.
Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?
I am a great team player, coachable, and smart on the court. I work hard on the court and in school. I have many honors for my academics and leadership as well as my athletics. My freshman and sophomore year I lettered in football, basketball, and leadership. I have a 4.18 GPA and always strive to work harder than my competition.
Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?
I am actively involved in Young Men's Service League and Cub Vision. Both organizations I was selected based on my character and leadership. These organizations allow me to grow in my leadership role, and become involved around the community and school in philanthropy organizations. I am also a mentor with Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and have consistently been on the academic honor role.
What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?
I am actively involved in Young Men's Service League and Cub Vision. Both organizations I was selected based on my character and leadership. These organizations allow me to grow in my leadership role, and become involved around the community and school in philanthropy organizations.
Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.
This past spring/summer I had a tough injury. I tore my UCL ligament. I was out for 10 weeks recovering, and during this time I chose to use my time to grow in other ways. I spent a lot of time working on speed, agility, explosiveness, and leg strength. Additionally, I worked hard to build up my teammates from the sideline helping to grow as a team.
What type of college are you looking for?
I am looking for a college that will challenge me athletically and academically. One that will give me opportunities to grow as an individual. I love being close to the outdoors, and am looking for a school that I can explore a business degree. Additionally, I am looking for a coach that is connected and respected by his team.
