Lara had a strong weekend with the way he impacted the game on both ends of the floor. He cut hard without the ball, constantly creating openings and making himself available for easy scoring chances. Around the rim he finished with both hands, showing touch, balance and confidence in traffic. Defensively he brought tight pressure, stayed connected to his matchup and made opponents work for every look. His effort level and smart movement stood out all tournament long. As the summer moves forward, continuing to develop his perimeter shot and off the dribble game could make him even more dangerous. Lara’s two way play makes him a valuable piece for any team
