Smith makes his rankings debut through effort, movement, and doing the small things that earn trust. That is also what we saw from him a few months ago at the Freshman showcase. He plays on or off the ball, cuts with purpose, takes smart shots, and brings consistent energy. His production forces him onto the floor, and his feel for spacing and timing stands out. Discovery Canyon is a team I will be high on come his junior season, and his impact should grow. Declan looks like a glue piece who will continue to rise, and we want to see more of him.
