Colby Giacubeno | Prep Hoops Scout
Rosser reminded everyone why his ceiling as a long-term prospect is as high as any you’ll find in the high school landscape. The 6-foot-10 forward boasts legitimate length that you see at the highest of levels and continues to show strides in his comfort operating off the bounce to create his own offense when needed. Where he shine most was the defensive side of the ball where his mere presence altered countless shots around the rim. Even when defending on the perimeter, Rosser got a hand on multiple three-point attempts after sitting down and keeping the smaller, quicker offensive players in front of him. He played hero in game one for Southeastern Prep hitting the game-winner in a war of a game versus Ft. Erie. Rosser also put together arguably the play of the weekend when he caught a long offensive rebound on the perimeter, got a head of steam, and jumped over a defender before throwing it down with one hand.
