Team United only played two games over the weekend and wasn’t included in the actual tournament bracket. In the two big wins, Singh showed a nice ability to be a pick and pop threat while using his length and bounce to be a terror around the rim rather than for a rebound or tough finishes.

Our PrepHoops staff has been high on Singh ever since he took the floor for Berkmar as a freshman and his performance on Saturday sold us even more. Singh is a long, athletic forward with a terrific motor. He competes on the glass, runs the floor hard, and poses a consistent lob threat in transition. Singh still has lots of room to grow offensively and his ceiling remains extremely high. As the Witherspoon era begins at Berkmar, Singh provides a very solid building block.

When Eddie Cooke left Berkmar in the middle of the year, Janon Singh Janon Singh 6'7" | SF Oak Hill Academy | 2027 #135 Nation NC was thrown into a vital role for one of the top teams in the state and he flourished. Singh pairs some intriguing size and length with a baseline-to-baseline motor. He blocks a ton of shots and finishes above the rim whenever he has the chance. He’s already garnered some attention this spring with Team Huncho too.
