About Chris

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I am someone who always plays hard, dives on the floor for loose balls, rebounds and plays great defense while being a great communicator in both ends. I pride myself on hustle plays.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am a hard worker because I believe everything you have in life you have to earn. I also believe that if you work hard and trust in God he will provide a way through no matter the situation.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am involved in FCA (fellowship of Christian athletes) and also Young life and Wild life. Both young and wild life are youth groups where wild life high schoolers lead middle schoolers.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have learned to use my God given abilities to serve my teammates and also people in the community whether that be through working hard so my teammates jobs are easier or giving my time to serve someone else. I have also learned a lot about leadership and how peer pressure can work in a positive way where if you lead by example others will follow.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Earlier this year my mom was diagnosed with cancer and it has been hard on my entire family. We have just been leaning on God through this time and staying close as a family to all get through this together.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a school that is a smaller college. If not a small college have a good faculty to student ratio as I believe receiving help in the classroom is very beneficial for me academically.
