Haffner was one of the top stars in the first round of Sectional 8 with his team coming up just short vs Hamilton Southeastern. Being the high-volume scorer that Haffner is, it was a little surprising to see him have such a quiet first half however, you knew that would not last the whole game. Haffner, in many ways, took over in the second half for Westfield hitting big time shots and finding his rhythm. He finished his high school career with 17 points for the Shamrocks.

Without question, Drew Haffner Drew Haffner 6'4" | SG/PG Westfield | 2026 State IN was the best player on the floor and displayed one the best single player performances I have watched all season long. He finished with a game-high 32 points and there was no way University could stop him from doing what he wanted to do on the floor. Haffner showed long range and just was automatic nearly every time he let the ball fly. He should do very well at Abilene Christian next season.

Haffner played one of his best games of the season on Friday night in Westfield’s 67-26 dominant win over Harrison (West Lafayette). The Abilene Christian signee was making some tough pull-up three-point shots from deep off of the dribble. He finished with 27 points, 6 rebounds, and 5 assists in the game.
