About Cedric

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

My game is built around my athleticism and ability to attack the rim. I'm able to get downhill consistently and finish through contact using both hands. I can also space the floor and knock down shots when needed, which makes me a versatile scoring threat. I also take pride in impacting the game in multiple ways by rebounding playing strong defense and bringing energy on every possesion.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I have a competive and team-first mindset. I stay locked in, play with confidence, and bring energy everyday whether it's practice or a game. I'm coachable and always looking to improve, and I take accountability for my performance. As a teammate I'm positive and supportive always staying locked in with my guys.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am currently involved with the Northstar Titans As well as the Anoka Tornadoes where I compete at a high level and continue to develop my skills

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I've developed strong leadership and teamwork skills through basketball. I've learned how to communicate with teammates, stay positive during tough moments. I take accountability for my role and focus on doing whatever helps for my team to win.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I've faced many challenges throughout my basketball journey, whether it's dealing with tough losses not playing the role I wanted, or going through slumps. Those moments have helped me grow mentally by teaching me how to stay focused, keep working, and not to get discouraged

What type of college are you looking for?

I'm open to different types of colleges at any level as long as I have the opportunity To continue playing basketball and developing my game, I'm looking for a program where I can compete and be part of a strong team culture.I also value a school that will challenge me academically and help me prepare for my future off the court
