Expert Analysis
Philip Gray | Prep Hoops Scout
Athlete of the night. Miracle had the bounce, speed, and shooting that were unmatched last night against Veritas. They had no athletic answer for him. He did a great job of attacking the glass on both ends while still doing a supreme job on defense, contesting shots.

Easily the best player and prospect we were able to evaluate in the 15U division, Taiwo was a man among boys while wreaking havoc on both ends of the floor. With elite athletic tools and a blossoming skillset, he was a consistent force as a multipositional two-way forward. A native of Nigeria who’s been in the U.S. about a year, he covers the court with a level of controlled grace and explosiveness that simply can’t be taught, pairing those physical gifts with a non-stop motor. Taiwo shows foundational skills as a shooter and ballhandler with a solid feel for the game already. His upside on the defensive end is limitless with his ability to serve as a rim protector while also sliding his feet with smaller players in space. After a pseudo redshirt year at LuHi as a freshman, look for Taiwo to break out before long as the makings for a high-major prospect all look to be there.
