Who were the standouts on Sunday from Riverside Brookfield? These players made a massive impression in front of college coaches!

Terrance Richardson | 6'7" Forward | Hillcrest (2027)

Richardson was a matchup nightmare on Sunday morning, showcasing a highly versatile scoring package. The long, agile 6-foot-7 wing created offense in multiple ways, flashing a comfortable two-dribble pull-up from the wing and scoring effectively out of high-post touches. His best highlight came on a textbook seal over the top, where he caught the entry, elevated effortlessly, and flushed a two-handed slam. Beyond the offense, Richardson was elite on the perimeter defensively, using his massive wingspan to disrupt shooters—including a clean block on a three-pointer. He finished a dominant morning performance with 19 points.

[player_tooltip player_id='2499191' first='Rory' last='Haas'] | 6'7" PF | Lake Forest (2027)

Haas is an intriguing pick-and-pop big man whose best basketball is clearly ahead of him. Sporting a long, high-upside frame, he stretched the defense by knocking down a pair of triples from the wing. While his perimeter shooting is a major weapon, Haas didn't shy away from contact, playing a physical brand of basketball in the lane and flashing fluid athleticism finishing around the rim. He also showed off his self-creation upside with a smooth, one-dribble baseline pull-up. Haas walked away with an impressive 18-point showing.

[player_tooltip player_id='2838585' first='Terrell' last='Eason'] | 6'1" PG | Lincoln Park (2027)

Eason is a long, crafty lead guard who stood out with his slick handle and nonstop motor. He was highly active on both ends of the floor, making a massive impact defensively by repeatedly jumping passing lanes. After one of his multiple steals, he leaked out and flew up for an emphatic transition slam. He is an incredibly intriguing backcourt prospect to track closely moving forward.

[player_tooltip player_id='2125660' first='Lamari' last='Carpenter'] | 6'1" SG | Glenbard North (2027)

A wiry, dynamic scoring guard, Carpenter put on a shooting clinic in a high-profile showcase game against city powerhouse Kenwood. He was locked in from deep, swishing 5 three-pointers while proving to be exceptionally strong when attacking downhill to his right. What stood out just as much as his shot-making was his growth as a playmaker, looking much-improved as a passer while on the move. Carpenter finished with a hard-earned 19 points.

[player_tooltip player_id='2455373' first='Oturo' last='Redento'] | 6'6" SF | Glenbard North (2027)

Redento is a highly skilled utility forward who is rapidly putting all components of his game together. At 6-foot-6, he possesses excellent length that he utilizes to pass over defenses and guard multiple positions effectively. Offensively, he showed off comfortable range by hitting a couple of triples from the top of the key. His chemistry with high school teammate [player_tooltip player_id='2125660' first='Lamari' last='Carpenter'] was on full display as the duo ran a highly effective pick-and-roll game. Redento wrapped up a complete performance with 17 points, showcasing high-major defensive versatility and rebounding.

[player_tooltip player_id='2125658' first='Kendall' last='Meyers'] | 6'5" PF | Marist (2027)

Meyers is primed to be the engine for Marist this season, turning in a dominant first-half performance on Sunday. Playing like a true "bully wing/forward," Meyers lived at the rim, finishing through heavy contact, earning trips to the free-throw line, and throwing down multiple powerful dunks. He is a high-level playmaking four who can grab a defensive board and handle the rock to ignite the fast break himself. Combined with a reliable spot-up jumper and solid area-rebounding, Meyers looked every bit the star.

[player_tooltip player_id='3665311' first='Kayden' last='Turner'] | 6'4" CG | Peoria Central (2028)

Only a rising Junior, Turner played with a veteran's poise and complemented his team's primary guards beautifully. The 6-foot-4 combo guard featured a smooth stroke from the perimeter, knocking down a pair of deep balls alongside a few precise two-dribble mid-range pull-ups. When the pressure was highest, Turner stepped up to hit a clutch, game-tying three-pointer to send the contest into overtime.

Other Notable Contributors

[player_tooltip player_id='2834186' first='Nigel' last='Moore'] | Peoria Central (2028)

[player_tooltip player_id='2947403' first='Orlando' last='Bohlen']| Paytonuh (2029)

[player_tooltip player_id='2538631' first='Grant' last='Smith']| Lyons Township (2028)

[player_tooltip player_id='2842584' first='Sincere' last='Williams']| Metea Valley (2028)

[player_tooltip player_id='2125620' first='Duke' last='Ross']| St. Ignatius (2027)

[player_tooltip player_id='2532003' first='Joey' last='Jakstys'] | Yorkville (2028)

[player_tooltip player_id='2531962' first='Amir' last='Tucker'] | St. Ignatius (2028)
