Saw Tucker compete a couple of times last year on our Prep Hoops Circuit and in our showcase event in the Fall. The 2028 floor general from Iggy has upped his game since then in a few different departments. His lengthy frame provides an intriguing upside and he consistently gets to his spots no matter what the defense is providing. The quickness on his handle while utilizing agility in the open floor is impressive. He has a smooth feather shot from 3 with better rotation on the ball and because of his plus wingspan doesn’t need much time or space to let it fly. He will continue to turn heads while showing his versatility over next wo years.

Tucker looked every bit the part of the top floor general in the 2028 class with his play on Sunday against Palatine as he dropped a cool 24 points in that victory.  He had it all working.  Skilled guard with good length who shot it very well in this game both pulling up and off the catch.  Stop and pop mid-range shots, pushed in transition to the rim, and showed passing instincts.

Tucker is primed to take over the vacated top PG slot in the 2028 class and played up to that over the weekend.  The slick handling guard is effective playing both on and off the ball.  Quality perimeter shooter from three, mid-range shots especially on the baseline, and using his soft touch finishing moves in the paint.  Sweet euro step in his bag along with scoop shots.
