Chudier Bile, 6-foot-6 senior forward, Denver South. Bile plays with an edge coaches love, and he demonstrates great will while searching out the ball off the rim. It helps that he also has great athleticism to go along with steeled determination. That’s a great combination common in elite rebounders.
De’Aundre Twilley, 6-foot-5 senior forward, Mitchell. Twilley has flown under the radar down in Colorado Springs, but his mark of 10.7 rebounds per game last season speaks volumes. Twilley is especially strong on the offensive glass.
Ryan Blodget, 6-foot-5 senior forward, Golden. Next Level club coach Leroy Matticks described Blodget this summer as a player who might not have a lot of flash, but is one you want on your team because he does whatever it takes to make winning plays. That effort helped Blodget grab 8.4 rebounds per game last season.
Jalen Sanders, 6-foot-5 junior wing, Valor Christian. Sanders has great athleticism and strength at the wing position and used those talents to nab an impressive 7.8 rebounds per game last season. Don’t be surprised to see him produce even more on the glass on the season with Khameron Davis having transferred to a prep school in Kansas.
D’Shawn Schwartz, 6-foot-6 junior forward, Sand Creek. Schwartz is a major-conference Division-I caliber who continues making great strides to his game. His 7.5 rebounds per game last season could easily rise to double digits this year.
Markez Boykin, 6-foot-5 senior forward, Harrison. A three-sport standout at Harrison who plays football and runs track, Boykin pulled down 9.0 boards per game for the Panthers last season.
Cameron McCurry, 6-foot-8 senior forward, Erie. McCurry pulled down 8.7 rebounds per game last season. He has shown solid footwork to go with his impressive frame, so exdpect his numbers to surge.
Hunter Maldonado, 6-foot-5 junior forward, Vista Ridge. Maldonando had as impressive a summer as anyone on this list, and he’s ready to take on a bigger presence for Vista Ridge this season.
Roman Sandoval, 6-foot-5 senior wing, Denver West. The aggressive and attacking Sandoval had a stretch of six double-digit rebounding efforts in seven games last season, which included two 16-board performances.
Tre Pierre, 6-foot-5 sophomore forward, Widefield. Pierre pulled down 5.0 rebounds per game as a freshman at Widefield, but his growing frame and strength suggests a huge jump. He’ll be an intriguing prospect to watch the next three years.
