Hackley had one of the more impressive weekends of any freshman that I was able to see and showed he’s ready for more responsibility. The game looks slow for him, and you can tell that he gets actual varsity minutes, which helps him in these situations. He consistently makes winning plays. Hackley was able to score at all three levels, created offense for himself, showcased himself as a created scorer, and impacted both ends with steals and blocks. Hackley brings undeniable energy, and I thought it would only be hustle, but now it’s starting to click for him offensively.  I’m curious to see how he looks by the end of the summer with more reps as the offensive guy who can also affect the game on defense as well. It was a stock-boosting summer for him.
