Ladd is a hyper-athletic in-between guard who adds value to the game in different facets. Ladd was in great spots to collect rebound and has no issues using his explosive vertical to come up with a board. He has a great feel for the game and reads and reacts to situations on the fly and can find others for scoring chances. Ladd has the tools to be an elite slasher and should look to use his ability to be a backdoor cutter more something that is a cheat code in high school basketball if you are good at it and can give yourself a quick and easy 8-12 points a game by doing that. He is a priority recruit for almost a dozen division one schools in the Midwest. His best basketball is on the horizon.
