<p>Brown moved all the way up to #4 after being unranked on the watch lists. Slender guard that isn't the tallest, but he can flat out go with his smooth ball handling, playmaking, and shot making from all over the floor.</p>

<p>With the graduation of a ton of Normal Community prospects Brown is ready to emerge as their top perimeter prospect with his long and lanky frame and plus shot from deep.</p>

<p>One of PHI's favorites in the 2027 class is a combo guard who plays with great pace and feel for the game. He will be running the show for Benet.</p>

<p>Chittaro is getting stronger, more athletic, and has a high basketball IQ. Plus shot maker that is going to be an impactful on the ball guard for Iggy.</p>
