One Thought Per Team

Wayzata. If you saw their JV players on JV last year or playing at a very high level in 16u and 17u this year, you know this is the deepest team in the state. Especially after they added [player_tooltip player_id='1560778' first='Nolen' last='Anderson'].

Hopkins. All starters return, their key reserves return, everybody is older and more experienced, and now they have some size coming up that should be able to help more in the paint than what the team got last year.

St. Louis Park. They are now a top ten level team. You have the Curtis Brothers who are North Dakota committed talents, you have transfer [player_tooltip player_id='2121351' first='Tanner' last='Rose'], and you have other returning starters as well. They will be much better.

Edina. I really don't know what to expect here. Cronin has been hurt so not sure what to expect there. They lost some key guards and wings to graduation but DeMars looked good this summer and this team looked good in summer play.

Robbinsdale Armstrong. The Falcons lost six of their top eight players to either graduation or transfer, but Ware and Scott are back so they will still be a solid team.

Minneapolis Washburn. You can't expect something similar after big Kyle is off to Colorado State and key players around him graduated. But [player_tooltip player_id='2103372' first='Cooper' last='Carlson'] is very good.

Minneapolis Southwest. The Lakers lost their best four players from a 16-win team. They do have a senior class that was role players last year but do they have the punch to surpass any of the other teams?
