As has become expected, both Curtis twins had big games in St. Louis Park’s win over Totino-Grace. After transferring in from BSM though, Tanner is also playing a key role for SLP, and in fall league is showing what a big boost to the team he’ll provide. Against a loaded backcourt, Tanner was handling the ball under pressure, breaking the initial press to get his team a numbers advantage, and then locating open teammates for easy buckets around the rim. He has a tight handle and always seems to have his eyes scanning the floor. Also provided a scoring boost with his deep shooting range. Helped lead his team to a 24 point win over the defending state champs.
