Expert Analysis
Robbie Hodin | Prep Hoops Scout
Stromme really impressed with his ability to athletically attack the cup and finish at the rim. For a rising sophomore who’s only 6-foot-1, he has some pretty explosive burst to the hoop and some nice hops once he enters the paint. He also handles the ball well with a head of steam and has a variety of pickup moves and crafty footwork in the paint. And, though he missed his outside shots, he has a nice looking stroke and is probably a solid shooter. With a Worcester Academy team in major flux, Stromme has a solid chance to have an impact as an underclassmen.

Read EvaluationWill Armishaw | Prep Hoops Scout
Stromme, a heady combo guard out of Worcester Academy in Massachusetts, makes his first appearance in the rankings at #70. An active defender, Stromme plays with a high motor on both ends of the floor. He’s got a quick first step and is an aggressive on ball defender, willing to take chances that lead to turnovers. Offensively, he moves well without the basketball and has the ability to knock down shots in catch and shoot situations. He’s got good range on his jumper, knows how to use screens to get open, and has a quick release on his shot. Beyond that, he cuts hard to the rim and can finish with either hand around the basket.
