There is a ton of upside to get excited about with this prospect. Admittedly, if we had a chance to evaluate him a bit more in person, there is chance he would already be ranked. However, we definitely wanted to get the Dupont Manual transfer onto the Watch List. Seeing the 6’7″ left-handed forward/center at Jeffersonville High School is certainly a priority. He is a very impactful defensive player proving himself at a high level throughout the summer. Crosby can finish up around the rim offensively with a knack for scoring on the rim run and the roll. He has advanced footwork and overall fluidity for his size and age. Look for him to be a useful piece in Jeffersonville High Schools frontcourt this winter.

If there was one player who passed the eye test at the Prep Hoops Indiana Sophomore ID Camp on Sunday, it was Jeffersonville center

. At 6’7″, Crosby was one of the most physically impressive players in the gym—and he had the raw skills to back it up. He rebounded at a high level, showed great athleticism, and displayed a solid jumper for his size. Crosby’s upside looks unlimited.

Crosby is one of my favorite long term prospects in the 28 class because he reminds me of current overseas pro Isaiah Cozart with his ability to block and alter everything around the rim. If Damauri can continue to develop his offensive game, he’s going to be a top 10 or better player in the class. If you’re looking for a player to invest in, buy stock in

The best shot blocker on this list, Damauri is going to continue to improve as he stops growing and starts filling out his frame more. Crosby is a quick twitch athlete who can finish around the bucket and could really see his college stock take off if he puts in the work to improve his overall skill level on the offensive end.

Damauri barely played varsity at Manual this season but he climbs from 48th overall to 34th and could be a top 20 or higher prospect by this time next year. Crosby is long and an elite rim protector for his age. If he continues to grow and develop, Damauri’s prospect ceiling will be amongst the highest in this entire class.

Crosby isn’t seeing much court time for a veteran Manual team but he has crazy high upside as a shot blocker and finisher around the rim. Long and athletic, Damauri reminds me of every long and rail thin kid who grows into their body and becomes a legit talent by their Junior year. Think along the lines of 2024 Jamison Glass when trying to project Crosby’s future.

I haven’t seen Damauri play yet but a close friend of mine has and said that he’d be surprised to find a better shot blocker in the ’28 class right now.
