After doing a bit of everything for Parkrose in their 5A title run, the role of Hardges will be similar but expect him to put up some bigger numbers offensively. His shot looked solid from the mid-range against Grant but he was even more effective getting to the basket, especially in transition and through contact. A big three-point play late in the game helped give the Broncos some space in their extremely competitive win on Saturday night.

A versatile and athletic slasher with good length, he scored efficiently at all three levels and consistently pressured the defense. Hardges plays above the rim, brings strong defensive instincts, and came up with a few key steals. With his combination of athleticism, basketball IQ, and efficiency, he impacted the game on both ends of the floor.

Known for his ability to catch and shoot from the perimeter, Hardges showed at the LSI that he can also get going in the mid-range at a high percentage. The sophomore effectively used his one-handed runner in the lane and ended up sinking 14-for-22 of his total shots from the field over the four games at a sizzling .636 rate – which included 5-for-10 from three-point range.
