Cannady certainly had his moments throughout Saturday as an on-ball facilitator. He and his backcourt mate, Jacob Canton Jacob Canton 6'2" | PG Mt. Zion Preparatory Academy | 2027 State #97 Nation MD , complement each others games in a positive way. It allows Cannady more time as the primary initiator and with that, he’s showcasing his ability to get into the paint and find teammates on paint touches. On multiple occasions as the offense broke down, Cannady took it upon himself to create space from three with his routine step-back and buried a few critical ones despite the defender getting a clean contest on the closeout. His production and efficiency will be a massive piece to the puzzle of success for the Warriors this season.
