Back in the DMV, Tshiabidi is finishing up at Mt. Zion after spending time at SEED School of Baltimore before a detour to prep school in Georgia. Starting at the ‘5’ for a MZP group devoid of a true post presence, he brings consistent energy on both ends of the floor while primarily sticking to a confined role. He thrives as a versatile defender with the length and vertical pop to help protect the rim but the quickness and agility to chop his feet with smaller ballhandlers on the perimeter. Toss in some opportunistic post scoring against mismatches and you have a really intriguing piece to continue developing for a scholarship-level program that values athleticism and defensive versatility up front.
