Stock risers from 2027 Rankings Update Part 3

Our 2027 rankings update saw 25 players make jumps up our list and in this article we'll take a look at five of those prospects who made leaps up the list.    Ziegler had a monster summer for WV Gold on the NxtPro circuit as his team was absolutely dominant as one of their primary scoring options. Ziegler shot the ball at blazing percentages from beyond the arc and holds a NAIA offer and Division III offer. Ziegler has a nice blend of a strong frame, ball handling for their size and prolific shooting ability. One of the more productive scoring guards in northeast Ohio, Ziegler should put up big numbers for Avon this season.     Denny is one of the top scorers in southwest Ohio and has a chance to finish high in the record books at Valley View for all time scoring and assists. Denny has always been a gifted scorer and spent a lot of time with the ball in his hands to rack up the assists but he's started to make more advanced reads and set up teammates in better positions to score. Denny also had a huge showing at the EYCL session in Vegas for [program_tooltip program_id='2320052' first='All' last='Ohio Red']. Denny has posted multiple Division I and II offers from July and has seen his recruitment take a major spike as he plans for his senior season.     Dari missed the July grassroots periods because he was overseas playing for his national team in FIBA competition. The Palestine national team got a big boost from Dari as he played an important role in the west asia cup. Dari took charges, knocked down 3-pointers and set up his teammates in positions to score. Dari transferred from Saint Ignatius to his hometown Strongsville and had some big performances in the month of June for a Mustangs squad who could surprise some people this winter.     The most recent Division II commit in Ohio's 2027 class, Fuersich is headed to Hillsdale to join Ursuline's 2027 wing [player_tooltip player_id='2377846' first='Noah' last='Bell'] next season. Fuersich had a big junior season for Hamilton Ross, finishing ninth in the conference in points per game and second in the conference in rebounds per game. Fuersich also has the skill to stretch out and make a jumper, knocking down 16 3-pointers and 73% of his free throws. With his combination of skill and size, Fuersich is an interesting developmental swing for a Hillsdale program who relies on continuity year over year with their roster.     A state champion with Princeton, Phillips played a major role for the Vikings last season scoring just over nine points a night. Phillips might make an even bigger impact defensively with his ability to make an impact on the ball and as a helpside defender. Phillips thrives in transition and his athleticism allows him to finish above the rim and he's a smart cutter and works well off high volume creators [player_tooltip player_id='2194651' first='Kameron' last='Mercer'] and [player_tooltip player_id='2194366' first='LeShawn' last='Hill']. Despite losing A'Mire Gill to transfer to a major Prep program, the Vikings still have more than enough talent to be holding the trophy once again in March.
