The most recent Division II commit in Ohio’s 2027 class, Fuersich is headed to Hillsdale to join Ursuline’s 2027 wing Noah Bell Noah Bell 6'4" | SG Ursuline | 2027 State OH next season. Fuersich had a big junior season for Hamilton Ross, finishing ninth in the conference in points per game and second in the conference in rebounds per game. Fuersich also has the skill to stretch out and make a jumper, knocking down 16 3-pointers and 73% of his free throws. With his combination of skill and size, Fuersich is an interesting developmental swing for a Hillsdale program who relies on continuity year over year with their roster.

Shining Star Price is a program who always has talent from the greater Cincinnati and northern Kentucky areas. Fuersich might be the most intriguing prospect on their 17 U team as the Ross big man was named honorable mention all-state and first team all SWBL after scoring 15 PPG as a junior. Fuersich has a wide frame that allows him to gain interior position and bang down low on both ends of the court. I’d imagine Fuersich gets similar college interest to Steven Rude, a guy who put up identical rebounding numbers in the same conference but Fuersich was better as a scorer where Rude was better as a shot blocker. Both impressive talents out of the SWBL southwestern Division.

A new name for myself, Fuersich had a nice junior season for Hamilton Ross where he finished ninth in the conference in scoring and second in rebounding. With a wide frame, Fuersich can move opponents for rebounds and also can seal his man for easy lob catch and finishes. Whenever Fuersich runs the floor and beats the opposing big to the rim, expect it to end in two points for his team. While I didn’t see much perimeter action, Fuersich did connect on 16 3-pointers as a junior, a skill he’ll want to keep developing this summer as he shows solid natural touch at the foul line at 73.9% during the winter. New name to add to our 2027 list!

I like the potential of Fuersich. He has great height and size. He is a tough player to contain on the block but can step out too. He moves well enough and has a nice shoot. Good pick and pop player. Showing a good ability to be a modern big.
