The countdown to the Sophomore ID Camp is officially on. Throughout the week we'll be highlighting players who have already shown tremendous potential and others we're excited to see compete on Saturday. This event gives rising sophomores the opportunity to showcase their skills, make a name for themselves and prove they belong among the state's top young talent. With so many intriguing prospects expected to be in attendance, the stage is set for a weekend full of breakout performances and rising stars. Lock in now!    Styles has already shown us that he's one of the most explosive athletes in this class, and now we want to see him come out and bring that energy to the showcase. His bounce, ability to play above the rim and unique mix of physicality and finesse make him a player worth watching every time he steps on the floor. We know he's capable of putting on a show, and we'd love to see him compete against some of the best sophomores in Colorado and remind everyone why he's such an exciting prospect     Barnett turned plenty of heads this summer with his ability to defend, rebound and use his size to impact the game on both ends of the floor. What impressed us most was the growth in his offensive game, as he showed he can score at all three levels with confidence. Now we want to see him bring that complete skill set to the Sophomore ID Camp. It's the perfect opportunity to compete, showcase his development, and prove he's one of the top players in the class     Ward made an immediate impact when he burst onto the scene last year, becoming a major contributor during his freshman season. He put up impressive numbers and showed he could dominate with his physical play around the basket while also knocking down shots in the mid range. Now we want to see how much his game has grown heading into his sophomore year. The showcase is the perfect stage for Ward to show the next step in his development and compete against some of the state's top talent     Jefferson was a player several people told us to keep an eye on this summer, and he definitely lived up to the hype. His quick first step and explosive burst make him a tough cover, as he gets downhill with ease while staying under control. He showed the ability to put pressure on defenses every time he touched the ball, and now we want to see him bring that same attacking mindset to the Sophomore ID Camp and prove himself against some of the best players in the class     Kinsella caught our attention this summer with his do it all approach and the way he keeps the offense flowing. He moves well without the ball, works to get open and consistently makes the right plays for his team. We also saw flashes of a player capable of putting up points in a variety of ways. Now we want to see how that offensive game has developed. The Sophomore ID Camp is the perfect opportunity for Kinsella to put it all together and show how much he's grown     Lyle gained valuable varsity experience last season and made the most of his opportunities, standing out with his defensive toughness and disciplined closeouts that forced opponents into difficult shots. On the offensive end he also showed the ability to knock down shots from beyond the arc when called upon. Now we're eager to see how much his game has grown since last fall. The showcase is a great opportunity for Lyle to display that development and show he's ready to take another step forward
