The 6'0" lead guard was dynamic and nearly impossible to contain in the open floor where he pushed the pace, put pressure on the rim and put on a clinic for throwing lobs to the athletic wings and bigs. He was a handful in ball screen actions from the top of the key where his burst forces defending bigs to five themselves space on the hedge, but McKnight Jr. was making them pay by way of pull-ups from three or the mid-range.

He recently cut his list to seven schools: Boise State, Butler, California, Pepperdine, SMU, UNLV and Va Tech.

Hill wasted no time in flexing his ability to live in the paint and deliver passes to teammates all around the floor off the live dribble with precision. Whether he was attacking from the top of the key beating his man from the point of attack or balancing along the baseline with Nash dribbles, it seemed like Hill extended the play with just enough time to find an open window to his shooters bigs diving to the rim. If he wasn't dishing out dimes in the half court, Hill was pushing the pace in transition and quickly scanning the floor to see if any of his teammates had an edge running the lanes. If there weren't any advantages, Hill created his own by pulling up off the dribble as the defense scattered to protect the paint.

Knight is the third DMV guard on this list who will be playing his high school season away from home. Slated to man the controls at The Patrick School (NJ), Knight is one of the quickest guards from the point of attack that I've seen in the last year or two. The twitch that he has allows him to change directions like a water bug and that quickness was too much for any defender to keep him at bay once he put his head down to get to the rim. If they happened to anticipate his first move, Knight countered with impressive body control and somehow gained another advantage to into a driving lane before finishing the job at the cup with either hand. He maintained floor vision if his attack started by the half court line and when the backline of the defense rotated to halt his clear driving lane to the rim, Knight zipped skip passes to shooters in the weak side corner.

Yet another guard who will be sporting new thread this season, Gray is set to take his talents to The St. James Academy and play in the Nike Scholastic League. He put a bow on his summer with yet another strong outing as he capitalized off his momentum established in June during DMV Live and his contributions to [program_tooltip program_id='2078457' first='Team' last='Durant'] on the EYBL Circuit. A tough, physical ball presence, the southpaw got where he wanted with a blend of quickness and strength to bully opposing guards before setting his eyes on how he wanted to attack gaps. An improved shooter off the bounce, Gray thrives in getting downhill and forcing others to step up to impede his progress to the bucket. He'd been locked in as more of a scoring threat earlier this summer, but when he's equipped with consistent shooters or athletic bigs, the defense can truly be at his mercy.

Bolding plays with a reckless abandon that sends an immediate message to his defender that every possessions requires their full attention. He's slated to play a consistent on-ball presence for Archbishop Carroll this season, but dating back to last winter where he playing alongside Anthony Brown (Vanderbilt), Bolding's ability to expose any sliver of driving lane is clear. Like the other guards on this list, Bolding can fluidly change direction with crossovers or spins while maintaining the necessary balance to pull up and knockdown shots while stopping on a dime. His competitive edge sets him apart and is shown with the aggression in his offensive attack and his willingness to dig his heels in defensively.
