10 Top Performers from The Showcase

One of the best showcases this time of the year is The Showcase, hosted by Passion Driven Sports, in Florence, South Carolina. He was impressive all day long, leading Team Robinson to the championship victory. Worley's ability to do everything on the floor is always key to his teams and impacts winning. Beau was one of the most offensively skilled forwards in the gym, showcasing a great combination of jump-shot making and scoring off the dribble. Sanders simply made productive plays all day long, on both ends of the floor. His positional size took advantage of smaller guards, allowing him to easily score around the rim and shoot over the top of defenses. Paine and Morris became the first to offer one of Columbia's elite guards. He always impresses in a setting like this, so it should be no surprise to see him on this list of top performers. He shot the ball very well from three, showcasing a stroke that has become quicker and more consistent over time. He looked great with the freedom of being a scorer, punishing defenses who left him open from three on a frequent basis. Based on his physical attributes, you wouldn't have been able to tell Lamont was playing against a lot of players who were older than him. Russell had a stretch of heavily contested shots, followed by a spark of defensive intensity that displayed his two-way skill.
