Govan is an intriguing prospect from the Columbia area in the 2027 Class.

He was used in both positions in the backcourt for Dutch Fork throughout the weekend and excelled in both due to his athleticism, ability to playmaker, and shooting. Samajae is another junior who makes a big jump into the Top 20. He sat at #90 overall this time last year, steadily climbing his way up the rankings and establishing himself as one of the best guards in the state. Whether it’s a game, practice, or camp, Govan is always going to get his buckets because of how competitive he is. He averaged 17.0 points per game in 2025-26, but it wouldn’t be a surprise to see him be one of the highest scorers in the state in 2026-27.
