Long known as a dangerous shooter with deep range, he has expanded his game by making smarter decisions, impacting the game without forcing offense and consistently playing under control. His confidence, feel for the game and ability to read defenses allow him to make winning plays in every situation. As he prepares to take on a leadership role, Raymond's continued development and all around impact make him one of the biggest risers in the upcoming rankings     Meschuk has made the most of his opportunities this summer, earning valuable reps against quality competition and showing noticeable growth in his overall game. He's always been the type of player willing to do whatever his team needs, bringing energy, toughness and versatility every time he steps on the floor. This summer though, he has added another dimension by developing a scorer's mentality without sacrificing the little things that make him so effective. He continues to rebound, defend and make winning plays while becoming a more confident offensive threat, making him a player whose stock continues to rise     Patterson is set to take on a much bigger role for Cheyenne Mountain this season, and the growth he showed with 7070 this summer proves he's ready for the challenge. His court vision has always been one of his biggest strengths, consistently finding open teammates and creating quality scoring opportunities. He's also become increasingly confident as a scorer, especially with his smooth and reliable mid range jumper. Patterson plays with poise, makes smart decisions and controls the pace of the game. His expanded offensive game and playmaking ability make him one of the biggest risers in the upcoming rankings     Kilkenny showed flashes of his potential at Cherry Creek last season, but the strides he's made this summer have elevated him into a reliable and productive guard. He plays with great poise, takes excellent care of the basketball and consistently makes smart decisions with the ball in his hands. Offensively he can score when needed while keeping the offense flowing, and on the defensive end he competes with toughness and intensity every possession. His all around consistency, leadership qualities and continued development have made him one of the more intriguing risers heading into the upcoming rankings     Mooney is one of the biggest beneficiaries of a strong team camp season, using the extra reps to elevate his game and show what he'll mean to Columbine this winter. His speed and ability to push the pace immediately stand out, putting constant pressure on defenses in transition and off the dribble. He's at his best attacking downhill, where his athleticism allows him to finish above the rim and make explosive plays. He plays with confidence, keeps defenders on their heels and has a great feel for when to create for himself or set up teammates. His ability to control the pace, make smart decisions and produce offensively makes him a difficult matchup for opposing defenses. As he continues to expand his game and embrace a larger role, Matney is positioning himself as a key piece for Arapahoe and a deserving riser in the upcoming rankings     Alexander made the most of his expanded role at East last season, quickly establishing himself as one of the more impactful players in the class. His explosive athleticism, physical style of play and relentless attacking mentality immediately grabbed our attention. He has the ability to take over stretches of a game by scoring in bunches, whether it's finishing through contact at the rim or knocking down an effective mid range jumper. Alexander competes with toughness on both ends and continues to grow into a go to playmaker. His continued development makes him a clear riser in the upcoming rankings
