17U Live Period EYBL Standouts: Day 2

Day two of the EYBL Live Period continued to deliver high-level competition as college coaches packed the sidelines evaluating prospects from across the country. While several nationally recognized players continued to validate their recruiting status, a number of Texas prospects strengthened their résumés with productive, winning performances. From dominant frontcourt play to elite shot-making and versatile two-way production, these ten players made the biggest impressions during Thursday's action.    Robert Wright Jr. reminded everyone why he's one of Louisiana's premier lead guards, finishing with 18 points and 9 rebounds while shooting an efficient 9-of-11 from the field. He controlled the pace of the game, consistently made the right decisions, and scored whenever his team needed a basket. His ability to dominate without forcing offense continues to separate him from most guards in the country.   ✅ Elite floor general ✅ Efficient three-level scorer ✅ Controls the pace of the game     Beckham Black delivered one of his best offensive performances of the live period, scoring 18 points while adding 6 assists. He knocked down perimeter shots, created offense for teammates, and consistently attacked closeouts with confidence. His offensive versatility continues to trend upward every time he takes the floor.   ✅ Dynamic perimeter scorer ✅ Excellent secondary playmaker ✅ High offensive upside     Avery Moses once again provided Drive Nation with instant offense, leading the team with 17 points while connecting on three three-pointers. His confidence as a perimeter scorer never wavered, and he consistently created difficult shots throughout the contest. Moses continues proving he can manufacture offense against high-level competition.   ✅ Confident shot maker ✅ Three-level scorer ✅ Offensive playmaker     Jacques Mitchell filled the stat sheet with 16 points, 7 assists, and a block, showcasing one of the most complete guard performances of the day. He balanced scoring with playmaking while consistently putting teammates in position to succeed. His size, mobility, and defensive presence continue to create matchup problems, while his offensive efficiency remains impressive.
