Time for the first transfer list so we can be prepared for what teams look like when the 2026-27 season starts to get previewed. A few pretty big moves already.

[player_tooltip player_id='2575638' first='Izayah' last='Cook'] from Wayzata to St. Cloud Tech. Cook was at an Arizona prep in his younger years, then Sauk Rapids-Rice, Wayzata this past year, and now St. Cloud Tech. And when you look at what Tech has with Cook, [player_tooltip player_id='2569247' first='Jiech' last='Jiech'], and [player_tooltip player_id='2873622' first='Nick' last='Brakes'] plus other returning players, I think that Tech should have a great season. Cook has been playing very well with the Heat.

[player_tooltip player_id='2404942' first='King' last='James'] from Hiawatha Collegiate to Link Academy. After a double-double season James has moved on to the prep level in Missouri at Link Academy. This often comes with a move to Yanders Law AAU as well which James has played for.

[player_tooltip player_id='2821845' first='Malik' last='Martin'] from Minneapolis Camden to Minneapolis North. Martin is the top freshman prospect in the state of Minnesota and he scored 16-17 points a game this past season for Camden. He makes the short mileage move from Camden to North and you can expect some big expectations for the Polars.

[player_tooltip player_id='2136339' first='Adryan' last='Miller'] from Edina to Arizona. Miller is having an excellent season for the [program_tooltip program_id='2075674' first='Minnesota' last='Heat'] in their frontcourt. Instead of giving the Hornets starting five a very four man, Miller will be playing his senior year someplace in Arizona.

[player_tooltip player_id='2397555' first='Brady' last='Molenaar'] from Rosemount to Buffalo. Brady scored 13 points a game for Rosemount last season and he's been a first team all 15u, first team all event as a 16u player for the [program_tooltip program_id='2075672' first='Minnesota' last='Fury'] Wilde team. Molenaar added to the Jordans, [player_tooltip player_id='2400077' first='Eli' last='Hegle'] and all of the outstanding role players we see on Legacy, we can talk about Buffalo as a real state title contender.

[player_tooltip player_id='2126145' first='Waleed' last='Muhammad'] from Richfield to Hopkins. Waleed is on the move again. Played for Higher Ground Academy as an 8th grader scoring 9.6 points a game on varsity, he then played two years a Breck, last year he was the lead guard at Richfield, and now he is headed to Hopkins. A Royals team that is now more talented, Richfield was returning so much and was considered a state title contender.

[player_tooltip player_id='2126474' first='Kamar' last='Thomas'] from DeLaSalle to Link Academy. Thomas had to make a change after leading De in scoring and helping them to the state final. He's now at the Missouri prep school which has also led to an AAU move as well.

*** A few of these moves are academic related
