Chartier, a rising senior at Phillips Exeter Academy in New Hampshire, has spent the last 12 months establishing himself as one of the region's top perimeter shooters. While his ability to make shots as a movement shooter is his calling card, he impresses with his feel as an off ball cutter and uses his length to finish above the rim over help defenders. He's done a nice job of adding to his frame and the results are noticable as he's playing through contact with increased athleticism. Defensively, he has good instincts as a rim protector when coming from the help side and can defend wings and forwards. After a terrific spring live period, that included a game with 10 made threes, Chartier pick up offers from Air Force and New Hampshire.

Fallquist, a rising senior at Greens Farms Academy in Connecticut, impacts games on both ends of the floor with his combination of athleticism, power, and skill. He's 6'5" with broad shoulders and a college ready frame, which allows him to play through contact around the rim. Beyond that, he can handle the ball in transition and is a high level shooter, with range, in catch and shoot situations. Defensively, he can guard up a position due to his strength and does a nice job of battling in traffic on the glass. He should be a priority recruit for NESCAC programs, but could play his way into scholarship interest this summer.

Cantave, a rising junior at the St. George's School in Rhode Island, is one of New England's top lead guards. The 6'3" guard is at his best when he's in attack mode, showing the ability to get to his spots off the bounce and proving to be a high level decision maker in transition. He finishes in a variety of ways around the rim, can spray it all over the floor as a passer, and continues to knock down perimeter jumpers at a high clip. Defensively, he is a terrific on-ball defender that sits in a stance and makes opponents work for every inch of space. Once contact was allowed with 2028s, he heard from Utah, Dayton, Hofstra, Bucknell, Brown, and more.

Newsom, a rising senior at the St. Luke's School in Connecticut, continues to make his mark as a standout two-way guard. The 6'3" guard, who plays his travel ball with in the NY Rens program, is a physical prospect that takes over games with his ability to score the basketball. He can overpower smaller guards around the rim, but has a high level of skill that allows him to also score in the mid-range and from behind the arc. He's got a solid two-way motor, is happy to mix it up as a rebounder, and does a nice job of keeping opposing guards out of the paint. His offer list includes William & Mary, Boston University, Northeastern, Siena, and Quinnipiac, with more sure to follow this summer.

Callahan, a rising senior at the St. Thomas More School in Connecticut, has had a breakout spring on the travel circuit with the Middlesex Magic. The 6'5" lefty is one of the best connectors in the region, capable of operating as a primary decision maker or moving off the ball and playing as a scorer. He's a crafty paint finisher, makes good reads out of ball screens, and continues to improve as a perimeter shooter. Defensively, he's able to guard any perimeter spot and uses his frame to his advantage on the glass. Callahan's rise resulted in a handful of offers this spring, including the likes of Iona, Oral Roberts, and Siena, with more likely to come.
