[player_tooltip player_id='2837164' first='Lucas' last='Dowling'] is a guard from Noco Elite 15U that stood out to me due to his up tempo play style. He frequently pushes the tempo, creating quick offensive plays against the Lubbock Panthers 2029 15U. Throughout the game, he served as the primary ball handler, making plays for himself and his teammates. In my evaluation, Lucas excelled at operating the pick and roll, effectively picking apart the opposing defense on multiple occasions. Even without the ball, he made sharp cuts to the basket, positioning himself as a target in the half-court. Lucas played a crucial role in the Noco Elite 15's success in this game.

[player_tooltip player_id='2986478' first='Mason' last='Lobato'] is a physical big for Noco Elite 15U that stood out his game against the Lubbock Panthers 2029 15U for his aggressive play and willingness to fight for the ball. He frequently finds himself in jump ball situations and demonstrates excellent rebounding effort on both ends of the court. Additionally, he effectively cleans up missed shots and converts them into points, making him a valuable asset to Noco Elite 15U.

[player_tooltip player_id='2633886' first='Cade' last='Diepersloot'] was a valuable contributor to Nico Elite 15U's efforts to dominate offensive glass. Through his multiple contributions, he effectively converted second-chance points and helped reset his team's offense. Cade's play provided a significant boost of momentum during the game against the Lubbock Panthers 2029 15U. His impressive 6'7 frame was instrumental in defending the rim and preventing opposing players from scoring in the paint.

Elliott Thompson was a standout player for Bears Tail 15U that made a significant impact on the game against Pro Skills Dallas 16U from the very start. Offensively, he excels at making plays by going downhill and countering bumps from opposing defenders into scoring angles. Even without the ball, he's a reliable spot-up shooter, consistently hitting a good number of three-pointers during my evaluation of his game. Defensively, Elliot plays tight defense, applying pressure on opposing ball handlers full court in the press defense that Bears Tail 15U employed. His defensive pressure resulted in numerous steals.

[player_tooltip player_id='2400639' first='Logan' last='Wavrin'] with Bear Tail 15U was undoubtedly the most impactful player in the 15U division at the Lonestar State Showdown throughout the entire weekend. He's an active paint presence who accumulates a significant number of rebounds on both ends of the court. His agility and speed enable him to sprint across the court at lightning speed, even with his towering 6'7” frame. As a result, his teammates are always able to locate him. Furthermore, he has the ability to drive coast to coast and showcased his shooting range by hitting perimeter shots.
