Making the biggest jump up our list, Donald had an excellent sophomore season where he hit the ground running at the varsity level. Leading Moeller in points, assists and steals per game, Donald was making a huge impact in a variety of ways for one of the most historic programs in the state. Donald's ability to create for himself off the dribble separated himself in the physical GCL-South this season. Shooting over 55% from the field and over 40% from 3-point range, Donald was very efficient at the varsity level this past season and has established himself as one of the top players in the state from the class of 2028.

Helping lead Hilliard Bradley to the state title game, Norris is the fourth brother in a family that's sent the three older brothers all to the Division I level where they've all found success. Norris is simply too good of a shooter, too tough and has too high of a basketball IQ to think he won't establish a winning role at the Division I level. Recently picking up and offer from Ohio, Norris should expect to hear from a lot of mid major programs this summer once Division I coaches can start directly reaching out to 2028 prospects in June.

I've always been impressed with the ball handling, quickness and overall offensive skill that Johnson-Perdomo has shown. Finishing fourth in the GMC in both scoring and assists, Johnson-Perdomo was one of the top offensive guards in greater Cincinnati this past winter. What really impressed me the most in the playoff game I saw him play was his toughness and leadership. Picking up the top opposing ball handlers and making them work, making sure his team got into their offense and moved the ball, relentlessly attacking to get to the foul line, all of these skills will be the ones that can push Johnson-Perdomo past a large group of talented sub 6 foot guards in the Midwest.

Another prospect who filled up the stat sheet and ended among the league leaders in a handful of statistical categories, Kelly finished seventh in scoring, third in rebounding and fifth in steals in the loaded GWOC. Those three stats kind of describe the style of play you get from the talented 2028 wing forward. Kelly is best when he's slashing to the basket, crashing the offensive glass and using his long arms to create steals and get out in transition. Hoping to see Kelly eventually expand his game to including knocking down 3-point shots but also want him to continue to focus on what makes him productive right now and that's his high motor, athleticism, slashing ability and defensive impact.

A bit more of a specialist, Doliboa finished ninth in the GWOC in scoring this past season. One of the elite shooters in the Dayton area, Doliboa knocked down 64 3-pointers this season at a 40% rate. With his positional size allowing him to defend positions 2-4 adequately, Doliboa is a versatile wing who can play with smaller guards in an up-tempo system, or with a few bruising bigs in a half-court style of play.

Another member of Hilliard Bradley's state runner-up team, Reed-Davis hit the game-winning layup at the buzzer to take Bradley to the title game. Reed-Davis is the prototypical 3-and-D wing because he knocks down shots off the catch at a high rate and also defends multiple positions at an elite level. A winner, Reed-Davis played on the 15 U [program_tooltip program_id='2076317' first='Midwest' last='Basketball Club 3SSB'] team that won the 3SSB title at Rock Hill and also was a starter on the Division I state runners-up at Hilliard Bradley this winter. Winning happens for whatever team Reed-Davis is wearing a jersey of.
